Arturo Filastò is the co-founder and lead developer of the Open Observatory of Network Interference: a free software project within the Tor Project that has been monitoring internet #censorship worldwide since 2012.
He is also the co-founder and vice president of the Hermes Center and previously worked with GlobaLeaks: the first open-source #whistleblowing platform to report corruption, human rights violations, and other injustices securely.
